1. Digital Products & Instant Access

All products and memberships offered on Master Prompts — including VIP All-Access Memberships, Individual Master Prompts, and Custom Prompt Creation Orders ($15 and $30 plans) — are irrevocable digital goods and custom intellectual property. Because digital prompts can be viewed, copied, and used immediately upon access or delivery, all sales are 100% final and non-refundable once purchased.

2. Custom Prompt Creation Orders ($15 & $30 Plans)

When you place a Custom Prompt Order (for 10s–30s viral videos, image posts, or 10s–1min+ viral videos), our prompt engineering team immediately allocates time and resources to reverse-engineer your submitted reference links. Once payment is submitted, no refunds, reversals, or cancellations are permitted.

3. Support & Assistance

While we do not offer refunds once purchased, we are committed to 100% creator satisfaction.
